First of all, a huge thank you to everyone who voted on my Instagram stories yesterday about attending my talk on periodization. It was fantastic to see so many responses, and it’s clear that there’s a real interest in learning more about training programmes.

I was blown away to see nearly 100 people interested in attending online —what a nice surprise! However, for this first session, I want to keep things small and interactive. That’s why, for now, I’ll be running the seminar in-person only to allow for deeper discussions and a more engaging experience. But don’t worry — an online version may be on the cards for the future!
